Halloween at the Tokyo Disney Resort

Twenty years ago, Halloween was mostly celebrated in the United States. Today, the phenomenon is widespread throughout Europe. And it becomes increasingly popular in parts of Asia too! This was witnessed by one of our Disney friends, Anouk, who recently visited the Tokyo Disney Resort.

During her stay, Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea were bustling with people! They all came to enjoy the superb seasonal entertainment, taste sweet and savory treats, shop for high-quality merchandise and marvel at the beautiful Halloween decorations.

Those decorations could be found everywhere! Even the Disney Resort Line monorail received a Halloween overlay. According to Anouk, the decorations were especially enchanting at night… when “grim grinning ghosts come out to socialize"!
